Details
This phase included constructing new stud partitions and fire-rated walls, repairing with lime plaster and plastering of existing walls, installing new internal doors, applying new floor finishes, decorating walls, ceilings and timber trusses, installing new sanitaryware and undertaking minor demolition.
Construction managed the design, supply and installation of mechanical and electrical services. These services encompassed mains distribution, small power, interior and exterior lighting, fire alarms, heating, ventilation, water services, thermal insulation, telecommunications and data infrastructure, all in compliance with the Mechanical & Electrical performance specifications prepared by Engineers and Employer’s requirements.
Whilst completing the Mechanical and Electrical installations, M2 accommodated this by completing Building penetrations to the external shell of the building
