At M2 Construction we believe that Health and Safety to be at the forefront of all operations and the key to achieving healthy and safe working conditions is to ensure that health and safety issues are planned, organised, controlled, monitored and reviewed.. We strive for continuous improvement in our standards and aim to achieve a safe, risk free working environment. As health and safety to our business activities is integral at M2, we recognise and understand our roles and responsibilities. We adhere to legislation including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and are registered with CHAS.

We have produced a comprehensive Health & Safety Policy and all management and site operatives receive full training, which is constantly monitored and updated with refresher courses undertaken. Our policy is continually reviewed and revised to reflect any changes in legislation.
M2 Construction ensured our employees, subcontractors and suppliers comply with our Heath & Safety Policy and take individual responsibility to ensure that work is carried out to a high standard, without risk to themselves or others. Consultations with employees, clients and our external consultants is an important part of our practice and it is through this process that we set targets to monitor our methods and performance.

TRAINING

All our management and site operatives have DBS certificates, CSCS cards, Asbestos training, manual handling, working at heights, equalities face fit train for tester certificates and fire safety training. While others have SMSTS, first aid, temporary coordinator, near miss reporting and risk assessment management.

ACCREDITATIONS
